For you convenience, we hold morning, lunch time, afternoon, evening, and weekend classes. There are 25 HIIT Bootcamp classes each week for you to tone your arms, get the 6 pack abs, and sculpt you rear end and thighs.
HIIT Bootcamp classes are always different – Kettlebells, Primal7, Medicine Balls, Ground and Pound dummies, Body weight exercises……
