IMPACT’s Muay Thai Fitness Kickboxing classes combine the best of MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) with our fitness expertise.

Our unique and exclusive workouts are based on the human body’s amazing ability to adapt. When your body experiences short bursts of high intensity exertion, followed by the opportunity to recover, it will adapt to these intervals and the above benefits are the natural result.

The martial arts are the perfect proving ground for this interval training because fighters have always had to train for short bursts of action, known as the clash, and train to recover quickly between clashes and rounds. As a result, fighters develop strong and healthy hearts and lungs and lean useful bodies that both look, and are, downright dangerous.

No other gym gives you the opportunity to experience this type of training, and without having to climb into a ring or a cage and test yourself on a live opponent.
