I come here 1-2 times a week depending on what my schedule allows to punch stuff and it’s the best 30 minutes of my week. They offer HIIT cardio workouts along with boxing, where you punch and kick bags, which is way different than say a cardio kick boxing class. I’ve tried other gyms and group fitness classes, and these are the best HIIT Workouts in Austin. “I am very weary about trying things on my own, especially if I’ve never done something before. “I joined Impact about 2 weeks ago and am already seeing a noticeable change in my energy and muscle tone…so is my wife.
They team there are great at pushing you to workout hard without being overbearing. The classes are all high energy and well thought out. My wife in particular likes the fact that everyone stays focused doing their own exercise so she doesn’t feel like she’s “on stage in front of everyone” when working out.
